Job Description
- Create detailed project plans and scope statements.
- Ensures SW Development processes are followed.
- Manage project activities, resources, and information.
- Participate in analysis, design and architectural phases.
- Break projects into doable actions and set time frames.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software development, software engineering or equivalent.
- +6 years of strong extensive software development & project management experience.
- Project Management related certification or educational degree is a must
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development
- Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, colleges and management to manage project successfully.
- Proven success in managing, executing, and delivering Software projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology and deep knowledge in projects management disciplines
- A fluent English speaker is a must.
- High capability in planning, time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
- High ability to build excellent relationships with all levels.
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.
