Job Description
- Follow up on recruitment by verifying needs, issuing jobs on System, conducting interviews when needed, and preparing offers to ensure timely and effective onboarding.
- Conduct induction programs and secure user account creation to guarantee smooth integration and compliance with company policies.
- Process, update, and verify employee records on system (allocations, positions, managers) to maintain accurate and reliable information.
- Initiate performance appraisals, KPI setting, and competency assessments on Pulse while guiding managers and employees to drive measurable outcomes.
- Assess training needs, prepare budget with divisional HR, arrange logistics, and evaluate effectiveness to enhance employee capabilities.
- Implement the Values Ambassador program and support cultural initiatives to foster motivation and a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve disputes or complaints with department heads to maintain fair, constructive, and healthy workplace relations.
- Update job descriptions and organization charts, process promotion announcements, and propose HR plans in line with division objectives and PSOD calendar.
- Assist employees and managers with system modules, ensure proper HR process application, and coordinate with PSOD on updated work instructions.
- Follow up on candidate documents, medical tests, and security checks to ensure legal and procedural requirements before hiring.
- Prepare contracts and maintain personnel files to ensure accurate and complete records.
- Negotiate with banks for competitive payroll offers and coordinate account openings to improve benefits and streamline processes.
- Supervise scheduling, maintenance, and accommodation of guest houses to ensure smooth and good service.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.
