Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify, attract, and recruit candidates for various roles from technical, game and creatives, and operational fields in alignment with our company goals and values.
    • Develop job descriptions and postings that reflect the unique aspects of each role.
    • Manage and enhance recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and partnerships with universities.
    • Conduct interviews and manage candidate assessment processes.
  2. Onboarding:
    • Coordinate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly and understand our company culture.
      follow up with new candidates once onboard and thier needs until adjust to new job.
    • Provide training on company policies, values, and job expectations.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with new hires to address questions and offer support.
  3. Employee Relations and Culture Development:
    • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with our values of diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure a supportive atmosphere.
    • Plan and execute team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
  4. HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for a fast-paced startup environment.
      ensure applying correct policy and procedures to organise work and ensure productivity.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  5. Performance Management and Development:
    • Assist in setting up performance review cycles and tools to track team progress.
    • making sure work productivity is maintained and reflected as adding value of teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented approach.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting for technical IT  roles in software and , technical creative positions.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Passion for helping build a diverse and inclusive team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the gaming, tech, or education sectors.
  • Familiarity with HR software tools and platforms.
  • An understanding of recruitment and team-building strategies in the MENA region is a plus.
