Job Description
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language exploration.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s learning journey and address individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Promote the values and mission of Kinder nursery &preschool within the classroom and the wider school community.
- Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in early childhood English instruction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
