Job Description

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate or construction industries.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a similar role within real estate or construction companies.

Familiarity with Odoo modules relevant to sales, projects, and finance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a general accounting or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling financial data.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
