Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

The ideal candidate should be mastering the following job description:

  • Participates in weekly meetings with departments heads.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent Management function to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Works closely with HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop & maintain right manpower planning for respective business units and provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and report back to the HR Manager.
  • Following up the implementation of the training programs for the business units and report back to the HR Manager.
  • Evaluate and monitor success of training programs and report feedback to the HR Manager and business units heads.
  • Effectively implementing the full life-cycle of the talent acquisition process for a wide range of positions.
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes aligned with University’s standards.
  • Developing HR policies and procedures as required and ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Supporting in running the operational cycle of the performance management system (Quarterly) to ensure that the process is adhered to all levels as per the HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
  • A relevant experience from 5 to 7 years.
  • Excellent in English
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good analytical skills
  • HR Diploma is preferred.
  • Full awareness of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
