Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience and at least 3 years in the same position (preferably in construction / trading field).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Expertise working with SAP and financial statements.
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- CMA is a must
- MBA is a plus.
