Job Description
Inspect mechanical components, welding works, piping, and structural elements to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical drawings.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of quality control procedures on-site.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and test reports (ITRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of the production and installation process.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning.
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards (such as ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in mechanical or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, mechanical drawings, and relevant international standards.
• Certification in welding inspection or NDT (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, ASNT) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
