Job Description
- Acquire a thorough and clear understanding of clients’ needs
- Ensure client Relationship is maintained by owning each order cycle and ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Follows up (Internally / externally) on specific requests made by the doctors on their particular cases.
- Ensure a healthy workflow of each Customer order and liaise with other departments to ensure service levels and turn-overs are met
- Grow revenue from key accounts by offering alternative and extra solutions that meet customer objectives
- Be available to receive calls from Doctors on the direct number assigned to each Account Manager
- Tracking and handling client shipments.
- Coordinate workflow between different teams (within the company) to guarantee the integrity of the workflow.
- Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
- Scheduling doctors’ reviews and placing them on the company calendars.
- Meet the company policies and performance standards.
- Offering information on all products, updating new account information, and inputting call notes in CRM
- Updating the CRM according to the case status with high accuracy.
- Follow up on the on-boarding requests from the Sales department.
- On-boarding new clients by applying our software and training the client to use it
Job Requirements
- +3 Years Experience
- Previous medical or dental experience is preferable.
- Fluent English
- Communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Intermediate Reporting Skills.
- English Fluency is a must.
