Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and company employees.
- Manage and facilitate the timely and accurate flow of information.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
- Format and prepare internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Accurately record minutes of meetings and distribute them accordingly.
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports; maintain an organized office filing system.
- Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings room arrangements.
- Conduct internet research on various subjects and topics as required.
- Prepare and provide periodic reports throughout the month.
- Draft and send memos, emails, and letters on behalf of the CMO.
- Translate technical documents and operational reports between Arabic and English.
- Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software effectively.
- Follow up on the sugar market trends and developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience: 8+ years
- Language: English (Fluent), Arabic (Fluent).
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
