Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement resolutions.
• Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale.
3. Performance Management & Training:
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure employee development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related matters.
4. Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary structures.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Work with finance teams to optimize HR budgets.
6. HR Data & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
