Job Description
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
