Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Sales Support:
o Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
o Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
o Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed technical responses.
· Solution Development:
o Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
o Work with the engineering and product teams to customize offerings based on client requirements.
o Design and present proposals that highlight technical and business benefits.
· Customer Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
o Build trust and credibility by addressing technical concerns and solving problems efficiently.
o Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Market and Industry Knowledge:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
o Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.
· Collaboration and Teamwork:
o Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
o Participate in strategy meetings to help identify opportunities for growth.
· Post-Sales Support:
o Assist with the implementation and deployment of solutions to ensure a smooth transition.
o Provide training and technical support to clients as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
· Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar technical sales role.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., oil and gas, manufacturing and lubrication field) is highly preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Results-driven with strong business acumen.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Requirement Skills :
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Proficiency in relevant tools, platforms, and software (e.g., CRM systems, CAD software, or simulation tools).
