Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support our operations Manager and ensure smooth coordination across all operational activities. Detail-oriented, discreet, and excel in communication and documentation management.

???? Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate daily operational activities and streamline communication across departments.
Prepare and maintain reports, operational documentation, and project updates.
Organize contracts, records, and compliance documents for Egypt operations.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
Draft memos, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 

Job Requirements


???? Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles.
Experience supporting senior management or operations teams is highly preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent command of English is mandatory.
Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis is a MUST.
Microsoft PowerPoint: Strong ability to create clear, engaging presentations.
Strong written communication in a professional environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
