Job Description
- Working closely with different stakeholders & hiring managers (locally & internationally) to determine the hiring needs and identify the best fit for the role.
- Assuming the responsibility of communicating and following up on team objectives with leaders from all departments.
- Being in charge of the full cycle hiring process; from candidate search to final candidate selection and onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Odoo to efficiently manage and coordinate all recruitment projects.
- Leading employer branding initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing the company's image and market position.
- Understanding the workforce requirements for all new projects and establishing effective communication channels with the operations team.
Job Requirements
- +6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ +2 IT Recruitment
- Regional experience is a MUST.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders and capable to work with local and international teams.
