Job Description
- Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
- Screen applicant's CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Job posting.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources.
- 2-4 years experience as HR generalist.
- Experience with Furniture or kitchens industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in personnel and recruitment is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Males only.
- Salam City resident or nearby is a must
