Job Description

  • Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
  • Screen applicant's CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Job posting.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Handles all personnel tasks.
  • Handles Monthly Attendance.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources.
  • 2-4 years experience as HR generalist.
  • Experience with Furniture or kitchens industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in personnel and recruitment is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Males only.
  • Salam City resident or nearby is a must
