Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Manage emails, and Word processing and typing skills 
  • Internet search skills
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • As an office manager you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  • You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Job Requirements

  • Female 28 to 32 years old
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in same position

  • Heliopolis or Nearby Residents only
  • Professionalism
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
