Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Production Engineer Supervisor – Microwave to join our Production team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient operation, setup, and monitoring of the Microwave Machine.
Supervise Preparation Section activities, manpower, and production targets.
Monitor production KPIs, productivity, downtime, waste, and yield.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and food safety standards.
Lead production operators and ensure operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing.
Previous experience in production supervision and industrial machine operation.
Experience in frozen poultry products is preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
