Job Description
- Monitor & implement the processes of time attendance & Overtime for all factory Employees by reviewing attendance system reports, to ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Completing the payroll cycle
- Monitoring, maintaining, preparing, updating, and processing a variety of forms, and reports and submitting them to the Manager
- implementing company policies
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop engagement Schemes for the factory employees
- Manage the performance management process
- Develop training programs and conduct training considering the outcomes of TNA
- Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs and report feedback to the Talent Management function
- Receiving hiring requests and finalizing the whole recruitment process (White/Blue)
- Ensure all the processes are compliant with Egyptian labor law
- Oversee Day to day HR operations
- Overseeing the archiving process
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees - providing administrative support for temporary staffing in close cooperation with external agencies - Provide Daily HR guidance to HODs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to the shared Job Description.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and, insurance)
- Very good English
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
