Job Summary:
Create brand positioning platforms and ensure its consistency and performance by developing and managing product, brand, campaigns and effective communication plans
Responsibilities:
- Create a product, marketing, brand and seasons campaign plans.
- Plan for new product development from concept to launch
- Handle all execution with agencies regarding advertising, digital & social media, activation...etc., on time in full (OTIF).
- Ensure brand consistency across all mediums
- Cooperate with the sales division regarding joint projects/objectives to increase sales revenue and make sure everything is in line with our brand image.
- Create strategic alignments/agreements with key players in the market.
- Maintain a marketing intelligence system.
- Maintain ongoing marketing and consumer research.
- Participates in the Development and management of marketing operating budgets.
- Recommend improvement of product packaging.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant university degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management within an FMCG industry
- Knowledge of principles and processes of customer services
- Knowledge of media production and communication techniques
- High critical thinking skills
- High analytical skills
