Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage client expectations both stated and unstated.

Utilize industry-specific best practices, techniques and standards.
Manage scope changes through a well-defined change management process.
Lead price negotiations and contracts management.
Act as a client advocate within the organization to ensure the client’s business objectives are met.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering software development projects.
5+ years of experience in managing complex projects.
Proven experience in various software development lifecycle models and methodologies.
Proven experience in driving innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Have an extensive background in project management, operations, and cross-functional leadership for large scale complex projects.
Excellent command of the English language.
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Team Management and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent client interfacing.
Ability to work in a matrix team environment.
