Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place special orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Should be living near 5th settlement 
  • Excellent in English
  • Males Only
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is a must
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately

Working Conditions:

  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Working hours: 8 hours rotational shifts maximum 11:00 PM
  • Location: 5th settlement
