Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place special orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements
- Should be living near 5th settlement
- Excellent in English
- Males Only
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is a must
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
Working Conditions:
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Working hours: 8 hours rotational shifts maximum 11:00 PM
- Location: 5th settlement
