Job Description
- Perform all the structure designs required for the company current residential projects.
- Preparing shop drawing and details drawing.
- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
- Prepare reports, designs and drawings. Prepare design plan, concept and layout for project.
- Make calculations about pressures, loads and stresses.
- Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
- Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering.
- Proven Experience working on Residential and Real Estate Projects.
- 8-10 years of full-time work experience at same position.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with sap 2000 - ETABS - Safe - CSI Column.
- Good Knowledge of Revit.
- Precast Experience is an added advantage.
