Job Description
- Study the environmental conditions surrounding the devices and record the temperature and humidity in the inventory of environmental conditions
- Make a cleaning plan for all parts of the plant and recorded in the model of the periodic cleaning plan
- Check the status of the plant facilities on a weekly basis and register them in the laboratory facilities verification register
- Make a maintenance request in case of any malfunctions related to the laboratory equipment
- Preparation and updating of the sample list of measuring instruments in the laboratory and approved by the technical director
- Follow-up the calibration plan of the laboratory equipment and ensure its application
- Follow up the periodical maintenance plan for the laboratory equipment and ensure its implementation
- Control the process of using devices outside the laboratory and documenting the exit and entry in accordance with the procedures
- Applying the process of calibrating the clients' devices inside the TAG Company according to procedures.
- Other duties as required depend on company needs from this function
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Males only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of office management or a fresh graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Multitasking.
