Job Description

  • Distinctively review all benefit offers and contracts to discussed with direct manager to ascertain the best program to suit a company's structure, culture, and size.
  • Passionately handles all benefit inquiries from the employees about all benefits program including Company medical insurance, governmental medical insurance, Trips, summer residence, etc.to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.

Benefits Operations:

  • Screens corporate offers, negotiates prices, discounts, terms, and conditions of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer as well as comparing between new benefits, existing benefits and the offers presented to other companies to maintain the exclusivity.
  • Communicate new benefits to employees by writing announcement summaries with details of the service.
  • Planning and organizing all internal events, comparing suggested places and offers, doing all the logistics and operations, managing the activities and the gifts that will be distributed.
  • Generate quarterly analysis which ensures that internal employees are supplied with the most competitive benefits programs.
  • Passionately communicates with the medical insurance providers to get the required approvals, add new members, change category and delete the terminated employees.
  • Distinctively communicates & follows up with the medical insurance provider regarding the reimbursement after sending all the required documents & original receipts to the provider.
  • Accurately reviews all the invoices (claims, addition, administration, debit, doctor on-site) received from the medical insurance provider before submitting to the finance for payment.
  • Accurately develops frequent medical reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal the utilization vs actual.
  • Accurately monitors and tracks the doctor’s attendance to ensure smooth work operations and quality of services.
  • Distinctively collects and analyzes offers for any occasion to be compatible with the approved budget to choose the best-provided offer as prices and quality.
  • Cooperatively control and follow up the distribution of any benefits to all companies as per plan to ensure smooth workflow.

Other tasks:

  • Performs any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Develops frequent reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any relevant field.
  • 5 - 7 years' experience in the benefits area.
  • HR Diploma or its equivalent is more preferable.
  • Very Good user of MS office.
  • Very Good command of the English language.
  • Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills
  • Good Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.
