Job Description
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of IT hardware assets.
- Conduct periodic physical counts of IT hardware assets.
- Conduct analyses related to IT hardware assets as requested by management.
- Support Procurement purchase and related in-scope activities.
- Establish appropriate Business Controls postures in procurement process and to be fully responsible for the compliance with Policies & Practices
- Execute Procurement sourcing activities, negotiation, contracts and purchase orders
- Develop, execute and optimize the sourcing strategy to meet Al Nasser needs
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Maintains appropriate procurement records
- Respond to employee inquiries related of office, warehouse and stores needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology/Computer science
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Excellent in English (oral and written).
- Good Problem Solving and Analysis Skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Business Control sense. Planning, organization and task management
