- Build up a relationship with patients and make cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handling Patients' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handling angry patient complaints, solve their problems, and verify their files from the Archive
- Build up brand loyalty and transferring customers into the promoter and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Review patient’s appointments in coordination with medical director.
- Ensure the next appointments have been scheduled before patient dismissal (new and working patients).
- Ensure the consents have been assigned and uploaded daily.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business Opportunity.
