Job Description
- Develop and execute the university’s business strategies in order to attain goals
- Provide strategic advice to the board and the Shareholders.
- Conceptualize university budget and displayed it to the board of trustees to approve and monitor the disbursement facets.
- Supervise the designing and following up supported units work flow and process in line with Alsalam university strategy, procedures and the best methods to achieve its targets.
- Oversee the university’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure university survival and growth.
- Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the university.
- Supervise and develop the annual marketing business plan includes the key performance, targets, needed resources, budget & ensuring alignment with university’s strategy and goals.
- Lead and approve purchasing activities, proposals, requesting quotes and agreements according to Al-Salam purchasing policy.
- Monitor and control all human resources activities including performance, hiring, rewarding, etc.
