Job Description
- Result focused and customer-oriented
- Design Test Strategy and Test Plans and estimations
- Prepare the status report of testing activities
- Define Regression scope for ongoing releases
- Solid experience with Manual testing
- Strong understanding of QA principles, processes and Software development life cycles
- Core group member and an excellent team player
- Strong experience in functional/Non-functional testing
- Good experience with API testing and Mobile testing on Android and iOS
- Familiar with MS SQL
- Familiar with WISA stack (Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP.Net)
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Lead and motivate a small team of Manual test analysts and Software Developers to achieve the company goals.
- Proven communication skills to liaise with the Test team, Developers, and other departments Team Leads when handling any bugs and requests.
- Monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-allocate as required.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor's Degree: Engineering & Computer Science.
