Job Description
- Assisting the operation manager to validate and execute the monthly production plan.
- Monitor the production process and ensure following the organization approved process.
- Design and re design all production process to enhance the daily productivity.
- Work closely with cost control to align cost with plan.
- provide operation manager with reports and analysis that help the daily management decision.
- Handle daily logistic tasks.
- Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas and storage areas.
- Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment’s.
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
- Should possess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Organize Transportation of food and equipment
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. “good communication skills”
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Production engineer or similar.
- Food and beverage background.
- At least 3 years experience in similar position.
- Has Worked in a Factory of any industry (2 years)
- Good computer knowledge.
- He needs to have Factory experience, and dealing with Labor force
