Social Media Specialist - Digital

Planning:

• Plan, develop & execute digital marketing monthly plan to be aligned with business goals.
• Create social media campaigns and strategies including; budgeting, bidding, target audience, campaign slogan, visuals & captions.

Moderation:

• Follow up social media platforms and reply all fans inquires within deadlines to ensure brand consistency in social media messages.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms.
• Execute posting plan & events announcements as scheduled.
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

Reports:

• Deliver monthly reports including; marketing research & competitor analysis.
• Deliver monthly page progress reports of the assigned brands including; engagement, top posts, post frequency, best practices, viewership & recommendations.
• Deliver monthly report of campaign results.

Booths & Event Coverage:

• Covering marketing events including photo shooting to confirm publishing on social media platforms.
