Job Description
- Participate in and implement territory planning, through Targeting and Segmentation in his territory to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and Medical Centers.
- You'll lead the integration of all sales and marketing activities with the utilization of multiple sources into the assigned area.
- Prime Objective will be to ensure the achievement of sales Targets in:
- Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers.
- Follow up territorial sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Outdoor appointments with customers.
- Organizing appointments and meetings with the community- and hospital-based health-care staff
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Negotiating contracts
- Demonstrating or presenting medical devices to health-care staff including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- You will be accountable for the achievements of different Sales KPIs including the number of visits.
- Achieving a high standard of quality of visits.
- Maintaining the required sales targets.
- Achieving market growth and others.
- Taking responsibility for KPIs development and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Graduate with a Medical background (Science/Pharmacy/Vet) or Engineering background is preferred.
- Experience from 2-5 years.
- Experience in Medical devices especially ICU devices will be preferred
- Experience in the medical device field is preferable
