Job Description
- Conduct research needed upon key audiences, targeted markets, or any other needed field
- Responsible for managing agencies (packaging-communications and production)
- Responsible for briefing and working with designers, production houses and print houses
- Responsible for delivering designs and marketing materials in deadlines upon approved directions and quality standards
- Responsible for designing print ads and video production for products.
- Responsible for the relevancy of all brand communications throughout all mediums
- Prepare creative briefs for concept development and creative scenarios for all requested projects
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on campaigns, Ensure brand standards and guidelines are met, as well as getting the best deals and prices for all needed activities
- Execute media plans according to overall marketing strategies and monitor corporate communications plans, social media activities, and strategy for uniformity in the message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.
- Maintains a database of media contacts & advertising contacts
- Produce campaign analytics reports as required
- Benchmark marketing efforts and best practices and prepare reports to inform innovation and competitive analysis
- strategize and oversee the development of new, data-driven campaigns based on strategic initiatives
- Set goals and implement tracking to monitor campaigns for effectiveness and make recommendations based on data and trends; monitor consumer and industry trends
- Support, coordinate and perform assigned tasks related to the implementation of marketing strategy
- Create the promotional materials (planning, briefing, execution and evaluating)
- Measure ROI, evaluate and correspond(tracking performance and taking corrective actions if needed)
- Responsible for awareness, engagement, and positioning
- Responsible for reporting on campaign performance, analyze data and create presentations on that analysis
- Participates in the planning of marketing and/or communications strategy, engages in benchmarking efforts and prepares reports to inform innovation and competitive analysis; creates, conceptualizes, edits, implements, and enhances communications and content,plans, budgets, and monitors marketing expenditures
Job Requirements
- Excellent communicator, teamwork spirited, action-oriented and creative thinker
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, after effects..etc).
- Must have agency experience for at least 3 years as well as marketing experience or certifications from authorized channels
- Curious and passionate about customer experience and market trends
- Big picture thinker with an eye for detail
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Great at project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledgeable about a broad variety of communications channels + how & when to use them, as well as owning good relations with agencies and designers and capable of handling any project with them
