About the Job:
Collect business requirements and analyze it, map it to the system standards to set the solution that could be implemented on ERP. Preferable to have a technical background to be able to customize the system upon business requests.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering Dynamics AX/365 system
- Administrating the ERP database
- Installing and configuring all aspects of the Dynamics AX ERP
- Configuring and maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (user management, configuration, deployment)
- Technical responsibilities including multi-tiered application support, basic AD administration and overall environmental responsibility in a multi-instance AX environment
- Design, develop, test and monitor plans for AX security implementation
- Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for the segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
- Perform Microsoft Dynamics AX Compliance Center configuration, administration, and maintenance.
- Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Management and review of security logs and table permissions framework (TPF).
- Backup/Restore Database on SQL.
- SQL Server administration, planning and sizing of the database infrastructure, performance-optimizing and monitoring of database server.
- Deploy and Configure SSRS and SSAS.
- Installing and Configuring SharePoint.
- Manage security in the Application Integration Framework as needed.
- Installing and Configuring of Enterprise Portal.
- Installing and Configuring of DMF tools and other tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree - Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunications.
- 5+ years Dynamics 365/AX hands-on experience.
- Axapta certifications a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous and proven experience at one of the ERP applications is a must
- Ability to learn and support new applications.
- Work with staff requires interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
- Experience in developing CRM Plugins is a plus
- Experience in SSRS to make reports is a plus
