Job Description
- Responsible for operation & maintenance of compressed air networks, boilers, and chillers
- Develop and manage the maintenance plans for the utility equipment
- Manage the utility maintenance staff and external contractors for major rebuilds
- Lead the effort to evaluate the utility equipment and prioritize the rebuild and defect repair schedule
- Develop and manage small capital projects relating to cost savings and major utility equipment rebuilds
- Supervising the activities of the team that ensuring the planned KPI’s of the efficiency and performance in the shift are exceeded
- Interacting among different departments i.e. production / planning / electrical /HSE to maintain normal operation conditions
- Perform annual budget according to water treatment plant requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Utility Management
- Experience in operation & maintenance of Boilers, Chillers, and compressed air equipments
- Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation
