Job Purpose
Digital and Branding Manager is generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- An advocate of the brand essence, identity, and tone of voice guidelines.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers, and chief marketing officers)
- organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photoshoots
- Install and oversee social metrics to provide insight into social and content performance as well as brand empathy.
- Explore the utilization of market-leading, multi-channel communication developments, and technologies to keep all our audiences informed, engaged, and connected.
- Create strategies to drive online traffic to the Company channels.
- Oversee the social media strategy for the Company.
- Plan and strategize and deliver an effective content marketing strategy, maintain the brand and identity, secure feedback, endorsement, and support from key stakeholders.
- Plan the budget and control of the content, web, and social media channels also liaison with other key budget holders regarding the Company branding and marketing campaigns.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital channels
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Develop KPI structure for digital performance review.
- Ensure any changes in legislation or regulation are implemented or observed.
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of the brand strategy across digital infrastructures and in all copy and content creation.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, advertising, or communications.
- MBA Certified is preferred.
- Branding / Digital Media Management Certificate or Diploma is a must.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience in the Telecommunication and technology sector.
