Job Description
- Follow preset tasks to analyze issue/problem in order identify the software problem.
- Communicate the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.
- Provide preset internal reports for departments to ensure smooth working operations.
- Defining the testing activities/scenarios, develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
- Execute test cases and report defects.
- Define severity and priority for each defect.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Provide daily test report includes no. of open & closed bugs.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Write Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Update and/or migrate any data for a repairing reason or bug setup entry.
- Enhance Users experience and receive zero escalation related to attitude or quality issue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years’ experience in the support function. In Software Support & Testing.
- ISTQB Certificate is more preferable.
- Good with SQL Queries
- Knowledge in performance test is more preferable.
- Very Good Problem solving, Communication and analytical skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
