Job Description
- Perform other translation, review, proofread, and quality tasks assigned.
- Run quality assurance spot checks.
- Follow ethical codes that protect data or information linked to the client.
- Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words and concepts.
- Prepare evaluation sheets & reports for translators.
- Support and maintain ongoing relationships with internal customers.
- Support our clients by providing expert advice and respond to their questions that are related to translation projects.
- Create and work on establishing a terminology database to be used in translation projects.
- Respond to client feedback.
- Implement client feedbacks.
- Attend Project Kickoff meetings.
- Participate in resource allocation.
- Motivate and inspire team members.
- Set objectives for team members in line with company strategic objectives.
- Lead by setting good ethics, communication, and behavioral roles.
- Develop team members.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Strive for team consensus and target achievement.
- Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure.
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to do their jobs effectively to achieve good productivity results.

- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary.
- Familiarize the team with each tool that will be used to accomplish targets.
- Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements.
- Guide the team based on management direction.
- Represent department manager informal meetings.
- Assist translation manager in preparing the required reports to measure the department performance.
- Perform other tasks as required by management to facilitate running the business in the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree is a must, Literature and Arts are preferred.
- Full command of at least two languages.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in translation
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sense of urgency: ability to juggle priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Big picture orientation with superior attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong commitment to working in a team environment and demonstrated a sense of valuing collaboration.
- Fast learner and ability to quickly familiarize with and adopt new tools.
- High negotiation skills
- Exceptional ability to knowledge transfer.
- Exceptional ability to resolve conflicts among team members
