Job Description
The desired calibre should possess outstanding competencies in product management, especially in manufacturing background. The role requires solid experience in market analysis, pricing strategies, competition analysis and product development locally and globally
The chosen person will perform market audit/research, competition analysis, product comparisons and all other field marketing activities to position the company with a unique sales propositions.
Besides, she/he will work with the sales team, resellers, market partners, R&D, Supply chain to ensure that the product range is well positioning within the market.
Some of the deliverables are New Product Introduction (NPIs), global industry trends, product factsheets/comparisons, product training for sales, market audits/visits and other trade marketing activities. She/he will be the key contact for all market and product information/knowledge.
This is a solo role, hence, we need experienced product management who she/he can work independently with minimum supervision and can influence the commercial operation swiftly.
The role will be reported to the Commercial Director, therefore, we expect an outstanding profile with quality reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of product management in the manufacturing business, preferably in Packing, Hospitality, Industrial products, Food catering
- Very good in English
- Outstanding MS Excel and PowerPoint
