Job Description

  • Developing a digital marketing resource with combined skill sets across all areas of digital including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Real estate campaigns administrator
  • Continually test/optimize existing campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with our Sales & Product leaders.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably real estate.
  • Understanding how to use all research and lead generation tools.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and knowledge of best practices for outreach
  • Experience managing inbound lead data processes.
  • A clear understanding and hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven thinking.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing the creative process from briefing to implementation.
