Job Description
- Assist in the periodical and sudden inventory inspection in the warehouses, showrooms, treasury, and matching the balance.
- Ensuring from applying all the monetary policies inside the company, especially in sales and purchasing.
- Revising and documenting all the expenses documents, approvals and all accounting procedures.
- Revising all the daily accounting entries and Financial and bank reconciliation and matching with the actual credits, besides doing the needed analysis.
- Revising the monthly taxes reports before offering to tax authority.
- Revising the commercial contracts and follow them with the salesmen.
- Revising the credit collection and assists in issuing the monthly reports.
