Job Description

  • Maintains records of personnel-related data (attendance, personal information, leaves, and turnover rates etc.) 
  • Prepares monthly project team attendance report and submit the report to HR department signed and approved from the Project Manager. 
  • Responds to employees inquiries or requests and provide assistance according to the HR policy.
  • Assists and coordinates the HR operations team in the day to day employees requests and inquiries . 
  • Prepares the daily attendance for the subcontractors employees to be submitted and approved by the Project Manager . 
  • Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick days for employees
  • You monitor the number of hours of labor a project

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience at least 2 years as Time Keeper. - 
  • Preferred Experience in Construction Companies. -
