Job Description
Path Solutions is looking to hire a Senior HR Officer for its office in Cairo, Egypt.
Major duties and responsibilities are as below :
- Responsible for processing the HR operations of the employees’ life cycle such as hiring, onboarding/orientation, leaves, transfers, promotions and off-boarding.
- Interpret and explain policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to employees.
- Schedule and conduct new employee orientations.
- Confer with management to develop or implement HR policies & procedures.
- Responsible for all employee personnel files, day to day life cycle as HR letters, visa processing, medical claims etc.
- Ensure that all document in the employee's file comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance
- Manage employee’s payroll, time and attendance, salary adjustments, salary increases .
- Prepare monthly payroll for all employees .
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Manages the probationary period evaluation for all new hires until conclusion.
- Coordinate employee resignation/termination related tasks and retrieve company assets , conduct exit interviews.
- Organize employee activities such as social gatherings, refreshment meetings.
- Responsible for managing administration related activities .
- Focal point for Visa process & ticket's reservation .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferably Computers /Accounts .
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must have 5 - 8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Must have good knowledge of Egyptian Labor law.
