Job Description
Job Purpose
Provides the needed support, maintenance, and admin role for SAP Finance and Material Management Modules.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance of SAP Finance and Material Management.
- Support the SAP FI and MM, modules, interface, and day-to-day activities as an admin.
- Ensure smooth implementation and running of critical business processes and related modules as per the Finance Department's needs.
- Partner with the Finance Department to refine processes, standards, and workflow that maximize efficiency and data integration with SAP FI and MM modules.
- Provides level 1 and level 2 support.
- Open tickets with the vendor if needed and ensure timely resolution.
- Provides minor customizations and day-to-day changes for SAP FI and MM implementation.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, or relevant field.
- SAP Certified application associate is a must.
- Other SAP Certificates are preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years experience in SAP FI / MM modules
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/MM processes and modules
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
