Job Description
- Follow up the daily attendance for the employees.
- Administrate the whole process of recruitment (Preparing, Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, Hiring & Onboarding)
- Maintain employee files and records in Soft & hard copies
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Dealing with the social insurance office throughout supply the forms #1 & #6 to the office and record all data in Excel sheet
- Dealing with the labor office throughout resend the labor office note.
- Handling all the issues related to social insurance office & labor throughout providing the inspectors with all the needed documentation.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- BSc in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Construction Background is a MUST
