Job Description

  • Lead the needs assessments and baseline surveys/data collection.
  • Support all monitoring and evaluation initiatives for assigned projects including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities.
  • Creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
  • Defining and implementing the key project performance indicators as well as monitoring them throughout the duration of the projects.
  • Support on ways to properly document, organize and capture program progress.
  • Draft tools and their revisions as well as data collection procedures (eg. logical framework, project performance tracking, indicators, data flow chart, monitoring and evaluation manuals)
  • Reviewing the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications or resources.
  • Keep abreast of developments in program changes and progress in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results.
  • Suggest ways to facilitate data collection and the flow of data within Program
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems and propose solutions.
  • Design, review and test monitoring and evaluation tools for reporting formats and data collection.
  • Prepare performance monitoring plans, including developing and defining program indicators and sources of data, as well as annual reports and other project documents.
  • Reporting to partners
  • Financial statement analysis.
  • Analyse different projects KPIs and making decisions on various projects net worth and profits.
  • Manage projects through different tools and applications like Microsoft project or smart sheet ,,,etc.

Job Requirements

  • Agile Certified Practitioner .
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in projects management in consulting cooperations.
  • Previous experience in Agile projects management.
  • Previous experience in projects managements or cooperation foundation for a year at least.
  • Confident in using Excel tools.
  • Immediate travel to KSA.
