Job Description
- Generate new leads to increase the company's revenue and close the new deals
- Handle customer communication, requirements briefing, and project follow-up for projects in hand till project closure.
- Communicate customer requirements and comments to relevant team members at Morse Coed.
- Provide 2-way communication with client to set proper client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Act as Project Manager for selected projects. Works closely with project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status
- Prepare presentations, reports, and relevant workflow documents
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Supports accounting department in invoicing and collection activities.
- Involvement in creating and implementing marketing policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Encouraging to team and staff able to mentor and lead
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
