Job Description
- We make a lot of custom solutions while still trying to stay within the Drupal realm. We work, act and help each other as a team, but we require that you are also able to work independently with projects. We expect you to be able to make qualified decisions. You need to have experience, yet still be willing to learn. We do not expect you to know everything from the beginning.
- You will work with designers, UX-masters, frontend developers, and project managers, and will from time to time communicate directly with the clients. You must be comfortable with that and be able to have a dialogue about technical solutions with non-technical people.
- The most important thing in our work is a positive and innovative approach to any task given. Very often we navigate on uncharted seas - with new technologies, trendsetting solutions and module updates, God bless them. From time to time, we build something that looks like something we've done before, or expand existing solutions, but never the same thing twice.
- We are proud owners of a recently launched product that is taking the market by storm as you are reading this. We therefore need someone who will be able to help us nurture this product further into new releases and make it, if not a perfection, then something very close to it.

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 4+ years of experience building custom Drupal projects.
- Ability to define the terms, prerequisite, and scope of a technical solution.
- Knowledge about the Drupal API and application framework, including module and theme layer.
- Ability to create pragmatic custom technology solutions founded on Drupal best practices.
- Ability to program custom Drupal modules and configure Drupal applications.
- Ability to support project managers and non-technical clients and colleagues with technical information in an understandable way.
- Strong knowledge of object oriented software development concepts and practices.
- Solid English - both written and oral.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
