Job Description
- Plan, implement, and administer IT infrastructure comprising local and overseas sites
- Manage information technology, computer systems and coordinate IT support team
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor and evaluate their respective levels of performance.
- Provide subordinates proper training, coaching, and communicate to them their job expectations
- Provide induction training of new staff on IT related chores
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field or Diploma in Computer Technician and Systems Management.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT Services environment.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Preferable to be CCNA, CCNP, MCSE certified.
- Ability to lead and manage personnel
